Instructions. Short and sweet.
Your repair should normally take 2 to 4 minutes (which is a heap better than the two-hour conventional repair). Just follow these instructions:
1. Remove the old strike plate.
2. Grab a pencil from the kitchen. While closing the door, mark where the (vertical) center of your door latch touches the door jamb.
3. Peel off the protective film strips on the back of your LatchPatch. Then align the notch on the LatchPatch with the mark you made on the door jamb and press it into place.
4. Finish up by installing the provided mounting screws using a phillips screwdriver.
